TO PROMOTE AND GOVERN ORGANIZED AMATEUR ICE HOCKEY WITHIN THE GEOGRAPHICAL BOUNDARIES OF THE STATES OF ALASKA, CALIFORNIA, HAWAII, NEVADA, OREGON AND WASHINGTON AND TO DEVELOP AMATEUR ATHLETES FOR LOCAL, REGIONAL, NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION IN THE SPORT OF ICE HOCKEY.
