Goals

1. 1.Strengthen and expand our After-School and Summer Camp programs to reach more children with academic support, enrichment, and meals in a safe and nurturing environment.
2. 2.Deepen our literacy and tutoring efforts through targeted reading programs, STEAM enrichment, and youth personal development to close achievement gaps for underserved students.
3. 3.Build long-term sustainability by growing partnerships, diversifying funding sources, and investing in staff, volunteers, and systems that support our mission-driven growth.
