Advance the ability of Texas Charitable Clinics to provide the highest level of care to those they serve.

Vision

Every underserved Texan has access to quality healthcare.

Goals

1.Expand Membership & Increase Revenue Grow clinic membership by 15% in 2025 through targeted outreach, referral incentives, and value-added services. Strengthen engagement by highlighting exclusive resources, funding opportunities, and networking benefits. This will generate an additional $4,200, increasing total membership dues to $32,200.
2.Maximize Conference Revenue Boost conference attendance to 125 participants and secure sponsorships to increase event revenue. Implement strong marketing efforts, early bird discounts, and tiered sponsorship packages. Expected revenue from attendee fees is $15,625, with additional funds from sponsorships.
3.Secure State & Foundation Funding Obtain state funding by September 2025 and apply a 10% administrative fee per clinic grant. Identify and secure foundation funding for capacity building and data-driven initiatives. These efforts will strengthen financial stability and expand TXACC’s impact.
