Goals

1. 1.Increase the reach and impact of existing programs by expanding capacity, strengthening partnerships, and improving accessibility for diverse communities. This goal focuses on scaling proven models, removing barriers to participation, and ensuring more individuals—especially underserved populations—can benefit from our high-quality, inclusive creative aging programs.
2. 2.Design and implement new programs in response to evolving needs identified through ongoing engagement with participants and communities. This goal emphasizes listening, innovation, and adaptability to ensure services remain relevant, culturally responsive, and impactful for those we serve across changing demographics and circumstances.
3. 3.Strengthen organizational capacity by investing in financial sustainability, leadership development, and operational infrastructure. This includes enhancing staff skills, improving systems and technology, and building resilient structures that support growth, innovation, and long-term impact in service to our mission.
