Goals

1. 1.Scale our Pathways to Excellence scholarship program from 25 scholarships ($62,500) to 50 scholarships ($125,000) annually by 2026. Expand eligibility beyond arts, computer science, museum studies, and education to include STEM, entrepreneurship, and language revitalization programs, reaching more Indigenous students across diverse educational pathways.
2. 2.Launch the NativeTrue Business Verification Program to address the critical need for authentic Indigenous business identification. This free nonprofit initiative will verify and showcase legitimate Native-owned businesses, protecting against cultural appropriation while creating economic opportunities and supporting our educational mission through business partnerships.
3. 3.Build sustainable fundraising infrastructure including professional email marketing systems, donor management databases, and cultural competency training for staff. Develop corporate partnership programs and implement the comprehensive outreach strategy targeting SWAIA networks, individual donors, and Santa Fe/Albuquerque businesses to ensure long-term financial stability.
