To provide grants to the Aurora City Schools that are innovative and imaginative and go beyond the school budget.

Goals

1. 1.ASF's Educational Enhancement Grants provide seed funding for creative classroom projects and district-wide programming to engage students. The foundation is committed to increasing raising total investment by securing new philanthropic partners and streamlining the grant process to support a broader base of schools and educators.
2. 2.The Aurora Schools Foundation (ASF) is strategically growing its impact by expanding existing programs and building sustainable funding models. This expansion will be supported through targeted fundraising efforts, including “grants to fund grants”—a model in which ASF pursues foundation and corporate grants.
3. 3.To stay mission-focused, regularly revisit your mission statement to ensure it remains relevant and clearly understood by all stakeholders. Use it as a guidepost for strategic planning, program development, and resource allocation. When evaluating opportunities, ask: “Does this advance our mission?” This simple filter helps prioritize initiatives that create meaningful change.
