Goals

1. 1.Provide safe drinking water to the uttermost parts of the world with and through the local Church in response to disaster response and recovery needs as well as long-term community development with clinical and community health solutions. Develop partnership selection and support criteria to ensure we focus on localization deliery models.
2. 2.Advance new technologies and training to go from safe water to other solutions, using NLI technology not just for drinking but for fighting infections and wound healing. Develop quality systems through increased investment in monitoring and evaluation systems to guide the design and delivery of our interventions with communities in need
3. 3.Strengthen governance capacity - review and update board policies for pipeline development to ensure a board that contributes financially as well as professionally. Review and strengthen policies and practices within our finance to ensure donor and regulatory compliance. Review other administrative, HR, IT, and legal systems for compliance and best practices implementation.
