Old Blue Inc.

Mission

The mission of Old Blue Inc. is to advocate for the welfare of dogs in Los Angeles County, offering a lifeline to animals like Old Blue, who deserve our eyes watching out for them. Through dedicated efforts and collaboration with other passionate individuals, we endeavor to secure stricter breeding laws, more cost-effective access to spay and neuter surgeries, and create a future where animals in need can find the support and care they deserve. Old Blue Inc. strives to improve the welfare of animals who find themselves in the shelter system and to prevent animals from ever entering in the first place.

Vision

We're committed to advocating for dogs in Los Angeles County and ensuring they receive the care they deserve. With our Old Blue Senior Wellness Program, we're rewriting the narrative for senior animals in shelters. Our goal? To make the Carson Animal Care Center a leader in senior animal adoptions. Through community education and the dissemination of effective strategies, we endeavor to diminish the influx of homeless animals into shelters. Our platform includes hosting webinars to facilitate the exchange of ideas and showcase successful spay and neuter initiatives. We're tackling the root of the problem by educating communities about responsible pet ownership and the importance of spaying and neutering. Through informative webinars and funding for spay and neuter, we're empowering pet owners and saving countless animals from entering shelters in the first place, One Paw at a Time.

Goals

1.Expand our Senior Wellness Program to provide wellness checks to senior dogs at the Carson Animal Care Center.
2.Expand our Spay/Neuter services by sponsoring more sterilization events
3.Increase fundraising to facilitate and expand our two core programs
