Mission

MISSION IS TO PROVIDE NECESSARY RESOURCES TO PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES IN ORDER TO ASSIST THEM IN ENHANCING THEIR DAILY LIVES. WE PROVIDE HABILITATION SERVICES, INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT, AND EMPLOYMENT SERVICES BASED ON INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM PLANS.

1.Paladin will hire a development director, create a strategy to diversify funding and begin capital campaign.
2.Redesign programs delivery in vocational rehabilitation and classroom management.
3.Branding efforts and advocacy will increase community awareness and need among stakeholders.
