Vision

From its earliest days Hadley has reached people throughout the United States and beyond, and our current model places Hadley services directly into the homes of anyone, anywhere, who is affected by vision loss. Hadley builds connections among members, makes learning practical and enjoyable, and provides services free of charge to everyone.

Goals

1. 1.A major Hadley goal is to attract newmembers. Ultimately we hope to serve at least a million people living with vision loss and blindness, a full order-of-magnitude greater than our current reach.
2. 2.Increased combined growth in public support with continual emphasis on efficient service delivery will equip us to limit the endowment draw to under 5%.
3. 3.We will produce tangible evidence that we are successfully growing the program and are measurably impacting our learners’ abilities to thrive.
