THE SUPERVISORS SHALL BEAR INMIND AT ALL TIMES THAT THE ATTAINMENT OF EXCEPTIONAL ATHLETIC SKILLOR WINNING OF GAMES IS SECONDARY TO THE OBJECTIVE HEREIN.
