Mission

The Paramount Arts Centre, Inc is committed to being a defining catalyst for personal and community transformation by making the performing arts accessible for every age and socioeconomic background, introducing the magic of live theater across generations to encourage expansive imaginations and broad views of people and the world, and contributing to the future stability and growth of Aurora’s downtown.

Vision

Paramount seeks to be the highest quality Broadway producing house in the Chicago area.

Goals

1.Paramount’s current Broadway season will include expanded runs to reflect the interest in the season’s productions, increasing access and scaling calendar activity days.
2.Paramount launched new artistic programming and a theatrical venue to encourage additional investment into downtown Aurora economy, with the goal to evaluate the future of a new presenting venue. The goal with this program will encourage long term sustainability of the organization.
3.Paramount will encourage the expansion of capacity within the organization through streamlined staffing and philanthropic growth to ensure all existing programs are thriving.
