Faith in Place is a multifaith, environmental nonprofit (501c3) organization. We empower people of diverse faiths and spiritualities to be leaders in advancing environmental and racial justice, providing resources to educate, connect, and advocate for healthier communities.

1.Ensure Board, Staff, and Volunteer time spent is maximizing impact as measured by KPIs in each program area, fully empowering faith partners, Green Teams, & community leaders to achieve our mission.
2.Growing & training our team with an emphasis on increasing the percentages of Board, Staff & Volunteers so that we are more a community-based organization by, for & about serving BIPOC communities.
3.Increasing operations such that organizational internal efficiencies are top notch.
