Goals

1. 1.Increase equitable access to books and literacy resources for children in underserved communities. Distribute 85,000 new books annually to Title I schools and community programs. Expand reach to underserved rural and urban areas by partnering with at least 5 new school districts each year.
2. 2.Leaders Readers Network will grow development efforts over the next three years, increasing individual giving from 5% ($35,000) to 7% ($49,000) and special events from 20% ($140,000) to 30% ($210,000) of the $700,000 budget, with each stream growing at least 5% annually thereafter.
3. 3.Expand partnerships with over 2,500+ educators to enhance local impact, providing book access, lessons, and service project aligned to local needs, targeting participant satisfaction as they experience the program resources and support.
