Mission

Elica Health Centers is a community-based, not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides primary care, comprehensive dental services, integrated behavioral health, mobile health services, street medicine, on-site pharmacy, social and enabling services, care management, and more to the low-income, medically underserved in the Greater Sacramento Metropolitan Area. Elica partners with local hospitals, community clinics, and other healthcare and social service providers to increase the overall health and quality of life for the populations it serves.
