Our vision is a world where women and families do not live in poverty; are treated with dignity and respect; and have the tools they need to build a brighter future for themselves, their children, and their community.

Goals

1. 1.• Increase services offered by expanding to additional counties (within the seven-county service region). Establish “brick and mortar” locations housing boutiques and career centers. • Identify and establish new partnerships. • Increase the number of clients served by county. • Expand awareness of the services provided in media and with stakeholders
2. 2.• Implement succession plan for key staff & board considering term limits • Expand board membership with a focus on impacting growth & partnerships across geographic areas. • Enhance technology capabilities to support financial objectives • Re-assess board committees to determine if they are still in line with our growth strategies. • Expand and increase existing earned income opportunities
