Leadrership Macomb's mission is to produce a network of informed community leaders who understnd the roles and relationships of people and systems that support and sustain our community, enable grduates and others to engage in civic leadership, and strengthen organizational and community relationships.

Goals

1.We believe teenagers are our future. Our Junior program is geared towards high school juniors to assist them in preparing for life after high school. Objectives include, job shadowing, career exploration, financial literacy, resueme writing and iinterview skills.
2.Customized programs for target areas are being offered as this need is developing.
