Couleecap fights poverty and creates opportunities for economic and social mobility so that all people succeed in thriving communities in Crawford, La Crosse, Monroe, and Vernon counties in western Wisconsin.

Vision

Couleecap makes a difference in the lives of people in the Coulee Region by promoting social and economic justice, serving as a catalyst for change, and strengthening communities. We achieve this vision through our mission.
