Vision

We envision a world where all young people can access the transformative power of the performing arts, enabling them to build essential life skills, foster deeper connections, and develop a lasting sense of empathy.

Goals

1. 1.With guaranteed access to performing arts education dwindling in public schools, the demand for BTB programming is only growing. So must our capacity to sustainably scale the organization on the administrative and programmatic sides alike to proactively meet the needs of communities. We aim to keep programs accessible with sufficient financial backing ahead of need to sustainably grow.
2. 2.With our framework of successful pilot programs (e.g., semester- & year-long residencies, week-long workshops), we have refined our primary ways of meeting different schools'/communities' needs while maintaining our program pillars, prioritizing access as the main goal for all engaged with our programs. With a sturdy administrative operation, we can focus on bringing programming to more places.
3. 3.As BTB grows, we aim to employ experts that can help us develop programming to accommodate greater access for students with physical and cognitive disabilities. This is critical to our belief that performing arts education is and should be for all. We aspire to grow our foundational legs enough to be flexible in accommodating various communities with programs that reflect their needs.
