SEE SCHEDULE O.TO PROMOTE YOUTH SOCCER THRU PROMOTION, SPONSORING, ORGANIZING AND ADMINISTERING OF A WELL ORGANIZED SOCCER PROGRAM. SAID PROGRAM SHALL INCLUDE THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF COACHING, INSTRUCTION, AND COMPETITION, WHILE EMPHASIZING SKILL DEVELOPMENT, TEAMWORK AND GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP.
