SON serves alongside local leaders in multiple countries across Europe, Latin America, Africa, and beyond. The specific ministries look different in each place, but they all focus on the same things: sharing the Gospel, discipling leaders, and walking alongside people through long-term relationships.

Goals

1. 1.Short-Term Mission Growth: Strengthen existing programs while expanding to new locations. • Build on current strengths of preparation and logistics, enhance the on-the-ground experiences and future opportunities to engage with SON. • Strategic Partnerships for Global Missions: Develop new partnerships with like-minded organizations and deepen collaboration with existing partners
2. 2.Global Education Initiative • Scholarships: Focus on supporting 20 students within the first year, with a long-term vision to build educational institutions abroad. • Donor Engagement: Tailored outreach and events to attract major donors passionate about education. • School Development Planning: Begin groundwork for the development of schools, integrating both academic and spiritual training
