Vision

THE Frazier Foundation’s VISION is to collaborate with key stakeholders that are aligned with the mission while developing and implementing cutting edge programming that “levels the playing field” for our future leaders. Through intentional programming and collaborative partnerships, THE Frazier Foundation envisions a future where every human being we touch has the tools, opportunities, and support needed to thrive.

Goals

1. 1.Expand Access to Education and Scholarships SMART Goal: Partnering with faith-based and/or CBO's award at least 25 “Legacy Leaders” scholarships annually to first-generation or underserved students by 2026, and formalize three new partnerships with schools and universities to provide mentorship, academic coaching, and scholarship pipelines by the end of 2025.
2. 2.Amplify Visibility and Brand Presence SMART Goal: Increase social media engagement by 50% and grow subscriber base for the Foundation newsletter to 1,000 contacts by June 2026; publish an annual impact report starting in December 2025. It is important that the amazing service we are providing is documented and reported wherever feasible and appropriate.
3. 3.Strengthen Community Engagement and Acts of Service SMART Goal: Host four community service initiatives per year—one per quarter—impacting a minimum of 100 individuals per event, beginning Q3 of 2025 encouraging individual and collective service that impacts families, youth, and seniors.
