Vision

Emerging Scholars envisions an educational equity paradigm shift where bright and motivated students, regardless of socioeconomic status or background, can achieve success and become leaders of tomorrow.

Goals

1. 1.We seek to scale of our existing programs by hiring new summer teachers to grow our summer cohort sizes. We also seek to hire a dedicated Alumni Manager to strengthen our Scholars Advancement program, enabling us to maintain connections with our alumni and support the trajectory of our scholars after they graduate.
2. 2.We seek to identify new philanthropic partnerships to strengthen the sustainability and growth of our organizations, and we plan to invest in new data management systems to better measure and track scholar success metrics and organizational data.
3. 3.With new resources and investments, we will be able to grow our programming and expand to new locations through strategic partnerships. This will enable us to reach new communities in the Washington, DC, region and serve a larger cohort of scholars in the coming years.
