1.Realize an operating model with appropriate staffing and financial support to create a theatre experience that fulfills expectations for a leading art institution.
2.Expansion of in & out-of school programs, including the Touring Co. to meet the needs of schools/community orgs to provide opportunities to engage in and access to quality arts programming.
3.Support long-term sustainability of a quality educational and cultural resource.
