Goals

1. 1.The strategic goal is to provide accessibility to world language proficiency by extending French, German, Chinese, and Spanish programs from secondary levels into the foundational elementary years. By integrating our proprietary, age-appropriate curriculum into both in-school and afterschool settings, we leverage the "critical period" of brain development for effortless language acquisition.
2. 2.Our strategic goal is to bolster the financial sustainability and social impact of our organization by investing in dedicated grant-writing expertise. By hiring a professional grant writer, we aim to diversify our revenue streams and secure the external funding necessary to bridge the gap for students who currently lack financial access to our world language programs.
3. 3.Our strategic goal is to enhance the managerial capacity of our organization by hiring a dedicated Outreach Coordinator. This role helps scale our footprint in building the institutional partnerships required to transition our world language programs from after school services to in-school language programs.
