Goals

1. 1.GOAL 1 • Expanding Educational Access We aim to increase access to free, high-quality after-school and job training programs for underserved children and individuals with disabilities. By expanding our programs, we ensure more students receive academic support, career skills, and mentorship opportunities to prepare them for long-term success.
2. 2.GOAL 2 • Enhancing Workforce Development for People with Disabilities Through our DDartists Program, we will continue to integrate art education, job training, and employment opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities. This includes increasing employer partnerships, expanding product sales, and strengthening workforce readiness initiatives.
3. 3.GOAL 3 • Building Sustainable Community Partnerships We will strengthen collaborations with businesses, funders, and community organizations to create long-term support networks for our programs. This includes securing new grants, developing corporate sponsorships, and expanding volunteer engagement, ensuring the sustainability and growth of our mission-driven initiatives.
