TO INCREASE SCHOOL PRIDE, SCHOOL SPIRIT, AND MORALE AMONG THE ATHLETIC COACHES, PLAYERS, PARENTS AND SUPPORTERS OF THE PROGRAM. AND TO PROVIDE SUPPORT TO THE TULARE WESTERN CHEER COACHING STAFF THROUGH VOLUNTEER AND FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIES. AND TO PROMOTE SPORTSMANSHIP AMONG SPECTATORS AND PARTICIPANTS.
