Goals

1. 1.Establish a trustworthiness in OPCC’s finances by: Ensuring timely and reliable accounting and reporting Electing a qualified Treasurer Retaining a qualified firm to conduct an audit Approving an operational budget ahead of each season Launching a Development Committee to assist with grant writing and sponsorship searches
2. 2.Support operations by developing the leadership of the choir through: Board and committee development Electing at least one board member who is not a choir member Hiring an Assistant Director Evaluating need for an Executive Director Reviewing and presenting contracts with clarity of responsibilities and that fit within the approved budget
3. 3.Increase community involvement by: Developing a tabling strategy Participating in at least 3 outreach events Collaborating with other arts organizations Establishing routine engagement tasks with the Development Committee Resolving online ticketing and general website malfunctions
