Vision

We envision a future where all girls, regardless of their immigration status, have access to quality, culturally relevant, and meaningful youth development programs so they can thrive and achieve their dreams

Goals

1. 1.To serve a unique purpose in the lives of girls resettling in Austin and Chicago. We seek to optimize our portfolio of programs. We will develop a programs toolkit, audit existing programs to assess and crystalize how programs uniquely help girls thrive, and create a program playbook that defines the unique proposition of each program and the measures used to define success.
2. 2.To expand our school-centered mentoring program to three total schools in Austin, TX by 2025. We seek to expand our program services through a formal partnership with Austin Independent School District.
3. 3.To develop a people strategy that facilitates a healthy journey and experience for staff, board, and participants. We will create a playbook of organizational culture; expand our reach diversify the voices and perspectives on our team, and prepare for seamless transitions by developing clear succession plans.
