Our mission is to expand access to quality care and improve health outcomes for all. We achieve our mission by partnering deeply to strengthen the health systems in the countries where we work, with a special focus on strengthening the professional health workforce.

Goals

1.Goal 1. Build the Health Workforce of the Future - Deepen our partnerships with Malawi, Sierra Leone, Uganda, and Zambia to strengthen health workforces to improve patient care and save lives - Support our partners to scale, replicate and expand proven approaches and interventions - Educate, train and mentor health workers to recognize and confront health threats created by climate change
2.Goal 2. Advance the Health Workforce as a Global Priority - Advocate for global, regional, and national policies, and increased international and domestic investments, to support, strengthen and sustain the global health workforce - Champion financing that is flexible, long-term, and adapted to local needs - Raise awareness about the effects of climate change on human health
