OPPORTUNITY: Our program offers a wide variety of opportunities for involvement and facilitates a safe space for creative exploration. COMMUNITY: C.R.O.W. supports and improves our community through performance, education, outreach, cross-generational collaboration, leadership, and community partnerships. ENRICHMENT: C.R.O.W.'s immersive arts programming instills a greater sense of confidence and self-esteem in participants, as well as builds inter-personal communication skills, empathy, personal growth, character development, and problem solving. PHILOSOPHY: Our Philosophy has always been that "The Arts Really Do Matter."

Goals

1. 1.C.R.O.W. will grow by expanding affordable performing arts opportunities, strengthening school and community partnerships, increasing outreach to rural youth, and providing scholarships and free programs. Our goal is to reduce financial and geographic barriers so more young people can experience the arts.
2. 2.C.R.O.W. will invest in organizational capacity by strengthening financial sustainability, improving administrative and management systems, expanding technical resources, and developing staff and volunteers. These investments will help us operate efficiently, support continued growth, and serve more youth for years to come.
3. 3.C.R.O.W. will develop new programs in response to the needs and interests of the communities we serve. By listening to youth, families, schools, and community partners, we can identify gaps, expand outreach, and create meaningful arts opportunities that are accessible, relevant, and responsive.
