OUR EFFORTS INCLUDE CREATING AND MANAGING FARMERS MARKETS, COOKING EDUCATION, GARDENING EDUCATION, NEW FARMER WORKSHOPS, HEALTHY FOOD ACCESS PROGRAMS AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF LOCAL FOOD SUPPLY CHAINS. ALL PROGRAMS FOCUS ON SUSTAINABLE AGRICULTURE AS FOUNDATIONAL TO A MORE HEALTHY AND VIBRANT COMMUNITY.
