Emily's Entourage (Cystic Fibrosis Research Fund, Inc) accelerates research and drug development for individuals in the final 10% of the cystic fibrosis (CF) population that do not benefit from existing mutation-targeted therapies.

Goals

1.Speed lifesaving treatments for those in the final 10% that don’t benefit from current mutation-targeted therapies (CFTR modulators).
2.Support the development of approaches that “buy time” for people w CF, including by targeting inflammation or infections, focusing on antimicrobial resistance and pathogens that present an unmet need.
3.Represent the interest of the final 10% and advance a new model of research, advocacy, and drug development, led by people with CF and their families
