Goals

1.Our plan is to increase the amount of students we accept for our first year of programming. This will allow us to expand the amount of youth we serve and impact in the greater Portland Area.
2.Our program originally was 1 year. We are developing a second year of programming and will pilot it in 2025. We will continue the work started in year one related to developing leadership skills with a focus on proving participants opportunities for workforce development, community engagement, and career exploration.
3.We will refine metrics and impact assessments to effectively communicate program achievements across all programs (existing and newly developed).
