TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS TO ELIGIBLE DEPENDENTS OF PARTICIPATING UNION MEMBERS AND TO PROVIDE TRAINING FOR MEMBERS AND EMPLOYEE CANDIDATES WORKING IN THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY TO ALLOW THEM TO BE EMPLOYED BY VARIOUS CONTRIBUTING EMPLOYERS.
