Vision

Through compassionate care, expert training, and community education, we help these horses transition to fulfilling second careers while promoting the humane treatment and responsible stewardship of all equines. By fostering meaningful connections between horses and humans, we create opportunities for healing, growth, and lifelong partnerships.

Goals

1. 1.To increase access to structured rehabilitation and adoption services while expanding our volunteer workforce training and community education programs. This growth will allow us to serve more horses annually, improve adoption success rates, and build a sustainable, informed support network around responsible Thoroughbred aftercare and all rescue horses here and education on proper equine welfare.
2. 2.We aim to build long-term organizational capacity by increasing predictable funding, expanding expert staff support, and strengthening financial controls and management systems. These investments will reduce reliance on leadership bandwidth, improve program delivery, and position the organization for scalable, sustainable growth.
3. 3.To develop new community based programs that integrate equine education, volunteer training, and structured equine-assisted engagement opportunities. In response to increasing interest in equine assisted programs and responsible horse stewardship, these programs will expand community access while supporting rehabilitation outcomes.
