We envision a world in which communities have the educational, economic, and environmental resources they need to develop equitably and sustainably

Goals

1. 1.In collaboration with our local partners, we steadily increase enrollment in our education and women's programs.
2. 2.As a community-led organization, our programs develop out of community discussions, identification of local needs, and collaborative priority setting. We also use our deep community connections to respond to urgent situations and to practice resilience. New programs, such as our Vocational Education Center and Health Education Projects address significant local challenges.
3. 3.We work closely with our partners to build capacity; enhance monitoring, evaluation and learning; and to build resilience into all of our projects. We also seek trust-based funding and operational support to achieve financial stability and to be able to grow Engage's capacity to support our local partners.
