Mission

Standing Stone Ministry exists to guide ministry leaders and their spouses into healthy ministry. We guide Christian ministry leaders into healthy ministry by providing a full range of Biblical guidance through ongoing trusted relationships between the ministry leader and a Standing Stone shepherd.

Vision

Our vision is to see healthy ministries in every city transforming their communities for Christ. Healthy ministry leaders guide healthy ministries, and healthy ministries help spread the good news of the Gospel to their neighborhoods, communities, and cities.

Goals

1.Our goal by the end of 2024 is to have over 6,250 ministry leaders across all 50 states engaged in a confidential, trusted relationship with a Standing Stone shepherd.
2.Our strategic goal is for 250 total shepherds comprised of 138 employee shepherd households to be equipped and committed to guiding an average of 25 ministry leaders each.
