Love Never Fails

Mission

Love Never Fails exists to empower all people to express and experience our best sense of humanity. We do this by restoring, educating and protecting survivors of human trafficking and their community.

Vision

A world where all people are free.

Goals

1.Investing in the expansion of current programs: Diversion, Search and Recovery, Outreach, LNF Crisis Services (emergency housing), AI Advocate (policy advocacy with feedback from survivor panel) and employment placement.
2.Love Never Fails is called upon to respond to multiple runaway, missing and/or exploited youth reports weekly. Many instances of these occur in the evening or on the weekends when shelters are no longer receiving clients. To combat this, we are increasing our crisis care services to provide a transitional home to 40 minors a year for 3-5 days while we identify a safe final destination.
3.Follow a 5-year plan with the goal of growth to $10M annually, with a 5-year capital campaign, changing banks, budgeting to maintain current operations and special projects, and moving all staff to economic sustainability. Once this has been achieved, the goal is to design a reinvestment plan to accelerate the growth of other community non-profits.
