Goals

1.To develop enhanced resources and educational/training opportunities related to board range of health and wellness subjects of particular interest to older adults.
2.To increase the organization's professional capacity in areas of services navigation, volunteer recruiting and training, outreach to marginalized communities, and succession planning.
3.To fully penetrate the Village's current service area, increasing the number of older adults involved in the Village as members and to increase the number of all adults as volunteers.
