Vision

Illuminate STEM’s vision is to match the needs of people to the needs of employers. Our strategy is to move into dense pockets of poverty and grow talent from the inside. By investing heavily in specific areas we hope to not only rebuild communities, but also help fill the needs of employers so they can remain where they are.

Goals

1. 1.Illuminate STEM will strengthen the U.S. manufacturing talent pipeline by expanding workforce development programs in advanced technologies, equipping youth and adults with industry-recognized skills in robotics, automation, AI, drones, and additive manufacturing to meet the growing demand for a highly skilled modern manufacturing workforce.
2. 2.Illuminate STEM will expand access to STEM education by launching STEM Clubs across North America and Africa in schools, community centers, and churches, bringing hands-on learning in robotics, AI, coding, and emerging technologies to underserved youth and preparing them for future careers in the global innovation economy.
3. 3.Illuminate STEM will increase organizational capacity by securing a permanent headquarters facility and hiring three key staff members, creating the infrastructure needed to expand program delivery, strengthen operations, and support long-term growth and impact in the communities we serve.
