    Mission

    Our Warrior Healing Program begins with individual therapeutic retreats for Special Operations Warriors and their spouses who have been deployed & as a result have mild traumatic brain injuries, combat post-traumatic stress, chronic pain and suicide issues. Our Warrior Healing Program includes Equine Group Therapy using the PATH - Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship technique and guided by a psychologist, Individual Therapy for Trauma implemented by licensed mental health counselors, psychologists and physicians who have training for military who have experienced trauma, Veterans Yoga, Meditation, Breathing Techniques, iRest for sleep, a Suicide Awareness Discussion and Couples “How to Fight and Still Win Together” discussions conducted by our Special Ops Veteran spiritual advisor, nutrition discussion, tai chi and Fly Fishing for brain relaxation. The attendees are receiving 36.75 hours of therapy combined with fun activities and relaxation. After the initial program, ten weekly individual therapy sessions are conducted between the attendee and their individual counselor from the retreat. In addition, continual text contact is continued between each attendee group for camaraderie and maximum successes for fuller lives.
