Mission

F.I.S.H. focuses on improving the quality of life of our troops, our veterans, and their families in the Kansas City area. Our 3 Pillars 1. Health-Recognition-Support provides living assistance, food, durable medical equipment and service dogs and camaradarie to our troops.

Vision

Our veterans and military families have sacrificed so much - FISH wants them to always know that their sacrifice was not in vain, and that FISH supports them with our Health - Support - Recognition programs.

Goals

1.We have witnessed how service dogs can change/save the lives of our veterans suffering with PTSD. We would like to expand this aspect of FISH's programs.
2.Through FISH Family Campouts, we have seen how difficult it can be for military families to find opportunities for rest, & have shared experiences. Deployments, relocations, & the stresses of military life often make it challenging to plan & afford family outings. A permanent FISH Relaxation Facility — a safe, welcoming retreat where military families can regroup, relax, & make lasting memories.
