Project Yesu’s vision is to see lives transformed and the communities we serve changed. We strive to see families able to provide the basic needs, children receive an affordable, quality education, and see a community empowered by sustainable development.

Goals

1. 1.Optimize program delivery by consolidating resources and efforts into core programs that directly align with Project Yesu's mission, resulting in increased impact and sustainability.
2. 2.Strengthen Project Yesu's advocacy efforts to influence policies and resource allocation that prioritize the needs of vulnerable children in Uganda, leading to systemic improvements in child welfare and protection.
3. 3.Expand the reach and impact of Project Yesu's core programs by implementing strategic growth initiatives to increase the number of beneficiaries served and geographic coverage while maintaining program quality.
