Vision

Upright Africa strives to empower the people of the Democratic Republic of Congo to build a sustainable future for themselves by sharing practical procedures and techniques with the Congolese medical professionals, as well as provide daily necessities to those without access, all in an effort to build confidence and bring hope for a bright future in DRC.

Goals

1. 1.Increases medical missions from 1,000 surgeries per year to 5,000 er year. Increase our trained staff from 16 Congolese team members to 20 team members.
2. 2.Drill water wells to bring clean water to the most vulnerable in eastern DRC. Deliver food to IDP/refugee population.
3. 3.Continue to train Congolese doctors and nurses outside the country to bring back their new expertise and experience and share with the next generation.
