Goals

1. 1.Expand our rehabilitation services to support more medically and behaviorally complex animals by increasing capacity at our new facility. Outcome: Provide safe housing, medical care, and individualized rehabilitation plans for at least 25% more animals annually.
2. 2.Strengthen the PUP Families Program to support individuals and families in crisis, including domestic-violence survivors and refugees. Outcome: Provide emergency boarding, pet retention support, and case management to at least 50 families per year.
3. 3.Increase funding stability through diversified revenue streams, expanded grants, and community fundraising. Outcome: Secure at least three new grant partnerships each year and grow unrestricted revenue by 15%.
