1. 1.To offer programs to attract the youth to remove idleness which leads to negative behaviors that are present in the neighborhoods we are serving.
2. 2.Once in the our programs the youth must maintain a 70% GPA, stay in school and refrain from negative behaviors.
3. 3.As they exit out of our programs be academically and physically fit to continue on a successful path to the future they select
