THE PURPOSES OF THE PAOS FOUNDATION IS (1) TO RECEIVE DONATIONS AND TO USE THE DONATIONS RECEIVED AND ITS OTHER ASSETS TO MAKE SCHOLARSHIP LOANS AND GRANTS TO INDIVIDUALS INTERESTED IN BECOMING PHYSICIANS' ASSISTANTS IN ORTHOPAEDIC SURGERY; AND (2) ANY OTHER LAWFUL PURPOSE.
