TO PROVIDE AFFORDABLE FLIGHT AND GROUND SCHOOL EDUCATION THAT WILL PREPARE STUDENTS FOR BOTH PRIMARY AND ADVANCED PILOT CERTIFICATES, AND TO PROVIDE ACCESS TO TECHNICAL EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES, CAREER ADVANCEMENT SUPPORT AND BASIC TRAINING IN MANY ASPECTS OF THE GENERAL AND COMMERCIAL AVIATION COMMUNITY
