Vision

CELI aims for a decarbonized energy economy with clean energy leaders drawn from all parts of society.

Goals

1. 1.Further strengthen CELI's existing Fellowship program to ensure it reaches all young clean energy professionals wherever they are in the United States either to engage in the in-person Fellowship cohorts, or virtually, and deepening engagement by Fellows from historically unserved communities. Growth areas include in the U.S. South (Texas and potentially Atlanta).
2. 2.CELI is developing a program to build clean energy ecosystems through leveraging our alumni network of more than 1,000 alumni to connect them to college age youth to provide "clean energy 101" training and mentoring, to help underrepresented youth consider making a career in the clean energy industry.
3. 3.As CELI grows, it continues to build and professionalize its financial systems, operations and fundraising capabilities. This is a key focus to ensure quality program delivery and sustainability of the approach over the coming years to maximize impact.
